Tiggy Taliadoros

This project born out of one-half of Locus and Wynwood business owner Tiggy Taliadoros is a walking art exhibition using shop windows and messages from local residents, workers, and school goers.

This idea came from seeing the positive response to the ‘Swifts over Walthamstow’ project a few years ago as well as Walthamstow’s incredible response during the pandemic.

Eight shops along the Design Line route from Wood Street to Blackhorse Lane will each have a dedicated word (eg. Strength, Community, Love, Support) which will be featured as a mural on each shop window and created by a local artist.

The design, colour and size will be decided between the artist and the shop owner with visitors and customers encouraged to add their contributions to each. Look out for the places featured during the Design Line!
