  • William Morris Gallery, Lloyd Park, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4PP (map)

No booking required - free pickup at the William Morris Gallery

Colouring & Design Workshop

To celebrate the opening of the red Phonebox Greenhouse conversion project just outside the William Morris Gallery, artist Sean Rodrigo, of The Fixatorium, has created a free colouring sheet activity for visitors of all ages.

Inspired by the whimsical fusion of nature and urban design found in his greenhouse installation, the sheet features line-art illustrations ready to be brought to life with colour.

Visitors can simply ask for a copy at the gallery’s front desk and take a moment to relax, unwind, and get creative—whether in the gallery café, on the nearby lawns, or at home.

This fun, family-friendly activity offers a playful way to connect with the artwork and the values of William Morris, celebrating beauty, community, and craftsmanship.

Bring your own colouring tools or borrow some from William Morris Gallery, and don’t forget to share your finished masterpiece on instagram using #PhoneboxGreenhouse.

Simply drop by the gallery, pick up a sheet, and colour to your heart’s content!
